How I find true happiness

I have found that your own personal true happiness is a state of mind that only you are in control of.

In order to be happy, I've found the following to be helpful.

Play nicely with others.
Never lose or forget your reason for being here.
Knowing that you are of great worth.
Say you're sorry when you mess up.
Generate good credit, and keep it.
Above all else, LOVE ONE ANOTHER.
Tell at least one person a day that you love them.
Tell someone else every day that you are greatful they are here.
Love a puppy.
Share a cookie with someone.
Always say please and thank you.
Don't be too absorbed with things that you forget to smell the flowers.
Stand in the rain on a beautiful spring day, and feel it drip down your face.
Smell the rain when you stand in it.
Go sailing and feel the breeze over the water.
Read the scriptures and become closer to God.
Realize you are NOT alone, ever.
Snuggle on the couch with someone you love while watching a good movie.
Buy a stranger a rose, and give it to them, just to cheer them up.
Whatever you receive, pay it forward.
Leave a happy note for a stranger on their car.
Visit the temple and talk with God face to face.
Make brownies with a friend, and share them with others.
Take a walk around a lake with a friend.
Go fishing.
Turn the music up louder, and dance a little harder.
Go out of your way to do a good deed for someone every day.
Realize with great pain and sorrow comes a great reward, and room for growth.
Challenge an opponent, and then hug them after.
Go for a swim in crystal clear water.
Drive through a beautiful canyon in the fall with the windows down, near a river.
Go see your favorite band in concert with your best friend, preferably on the front row.
Eat a piece of pie with a loved one.
Praise your siblings, family, parents, children, neighbor.
Share a meal with someone who is hungry.
Grow your talent.
Paint on a canvas.
Dip your toes in the cool beach waves that crash on shore.
